Built in 1:12 scale, it includes custom-made pieces like the sofa, dining table, and kitchen, designed exclusively for this house and inspired by real furniture from IKEA (dining table) and SWYFT (sofa).

This is a heavy piece requiring two people to lift. The windows have real glass, not plastic, so careful handling is essential. As a restored vintage dollhouse, it has some age-consistent wear, adding to its charm.

Shipping will be offered via AnyVan. Each room’s items will be packed and placed back into their respective rooms. The dollhouse will be wrapped in plastic and bubble wrap; however, I cannot accept responsibility for AnyVan’s misshandling.
This lovingly restored 1:12 scale vintage townhouse has been given a fresh modern–retro twist, blending contemporary style with the charm of its original architecture. The exterior features a renewed brick façade, clean repainting, and a refined finish that makes the whole piece feel both nostalgic and beautifully updated.
Inside, each room has been renovated with care—new wallpaper, fresh paint, and a fully repaired copper-tape electrical system. Every room is fitted with working lights, adding warmth and realism to the entire house.
This project became a true labour of love for me, but due to limited space, it’s time for it to find a new home. It offers plenty of room for personalisation, making it an ideal Christmas gift for a teen or adult who enjoys miniatures, interior decorating, or creative hobbies.
