The process:
 
1. When placing your order, if you wish to have personalized text, please add it to the Custom Text fields below. Maximum 25 characters for each line. 
2. After you place the order you will receive an email on how to send the images of the subjects. Just follow the easy instructions. If you have any questions just hit reply on the email and we will get everything sorted out.
 
The process after purchase:
 
3. I will prepare a rough sketch in black and white and email it to you for approval before starting painting. Only one digital proof is included in the price.
4. The illustration will be created on Procreate, but everything is hand-drawn, we do not use AI. Then it will be Giclée printed to order on Eco, Vegan-friendly cold press watercolour paper 315gsm.
5. They will be beautifully wrapped and packed in a hard-backed envelope or cardboard tube for protection during shipping. Packaging is plastic-free.
6. Shipped with a tracking number. Shipped from the UK.
