• Personalized Items: Due to the custom nature of personalized illustrations, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is damaged or faulty due to our error. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
• Non-Custom Items: For non-custom art prints, we can offer a refund or exchange if the item arrives damaged or faulty. Please reach out within 48 hours, and we’ll assist you with the process.
As a small business, we take great care to package your items securely, but we acknowledge that damage can sometimes occur in transit. If this happens, we are committed to making things right.
