General Obligations

 

    •    Monica Maestrelo Art will deliver the specified goods, and customers must make payment before dispatch. We reserve the right to decline any order without reason being given.

 

Descriptions and Specifications

 

    •    While we strive to represent colours accurately, slight variations may occur due to computer/device screens from the actual products.

    •    Personalised goods have been made specifically to your requirements so are only refundable if damaged or faulty. We do try and show lots of photos of each product and give full descriptions of sizes etc so you know what to expect. The colours displayed on the website are a close representation, but slight variations in the actual goods may occur.

Currency

 

    •    All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Credit card transactions will be charged in your local currency by your credit card provider.

 

Shipping

 

    •    The price for postage and packaging (PnP) includes all related costs.

 

Duties and Local Taxes

 

    •    Buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed at the destination country. We can't offer a refund/return/exchange if the order is returned due to non-payment of import duties. If we need to resend the item due to non-payment of duties, customers will need to pay postage charges again. The customer is responsible for finding out what import charges they may incur before placing the order.

 

Damages and Refunds

 

    •    Contact us within 48 hours if you’re unhappy with your purchase, and we’ll do our best to resolve it. If items are damaged in transit, please let us know. Personalized items are non-refundable unless faulty. We may charge for work already done if an order of personalized items is cancelled.

 

Applicable Law

 

    •    All transactions are governed by English Law, and any legal actions will be under English jurisdiction.

    •    All content on the website, including design, text, graphics, and photos, is owned by Monica Maestrelo. 

 

Liability

 

    •    Your statutory rights are unaffected. We exclude all other warranties and liabilities to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability will not exceed the price of the goods supplied.

We reserve the right at any time and without prior notice to make changes and corrections to the material on the site. Monica Maestrelo Art does not guarantee the functions of the site will be uninterrupted or error-free or that the site is free of viruses or other harmful components. You will be responsible for the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction.
