This beautifully refurbished 1:12 scale vintage townhouse has been restored with a modern–retro aesthetic, bringing new life and character to a classic miniature. The exterior has been completely refinished, featuring a fresh brick façade, crisp repainting, and a clean, contemporary look that still honours the charm of its original architecture.

Inside, every room has been thoughtfully updated with new wallpaper, fresh paintwork, and a fully repaired copper-tape electrical system. All rooms are fitted with working lights, creating a cosy, realistic atmosphere throughout the house.

This was a deeply personal project—one that grew into a true labour of love. Unfortunately, due to limited space, I have to part with it. It’s a wonderful opportunity for someone else to enjoy and continue adding their own style and personality. With generous room for further decorating, furnishing, and accessorising, it’s perfect as a special Christmas gift for a teen or adult who loves miniatures, interior design, or creative hobbies.
